Would it be cliche to call these bootie-licious?

I made these for Alison to give her coworker, Dorothy. Dorothy decided not to find out if it was a boy or a girl and I thought this yarn could work with either. I was pretty happy with how my very first booties turned out.

Ready... set... go!

I am not sure why I have had such a mental block about getting internet at home. But I finally did it. Last Thursday I called and I spoke to a lovely gentleman and we signed me up. The computer at home is all connected and I am just anxiously awaiting my introduction package to arrive in the mail. (If I had been thinking about it, I should have just gone and picked everything up.)I have enjoyed my little vacation. Mostly from Facebook. I dont know that I really need that on my Blackberry. I think I have decided that it really just ends up taking me out of the moments that I am actually in.

But yay for internet at home... without filters or blocks or forbidden pages!

This is the week that I kick everything off for reals.

Even though I have not been writing, I have been creating. My online motivations however have been sparse. I recently recovered from an addiction to Facebook on my handheld device. I feel like that has created some mental freedom....

But maybe this week I will officially get online at home and then I will subject you to pictures of my art.

And Etsy will be subjected to them as well...
